Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and holistic healing by channeling universal life force energy ("Rei" meaning universal, "Ki" meaning life force). As a Reiki Master Teacher, I facilitate this gentle, non-invasive practice by placing hands on or above the body to clear stagnant energy and enhance the flow of life force energy, supporting healing in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

I offer personalized Reiki healing sessions (distant via Zoom), Angel Reiki sessions, and energy healing tailored to your self-love and divine union journey. Additionally, I provide Reiki training and attunements from beginner to Master Teacher levels, helping you harness universal energy for self-healing or to become a practitioner. Each session is customized to foster compassion, balance, and spiritual growth, aligning with the Anahata chakra’s energy of love and connection.

During a session, you’ll relax in a safe, nurturing environment, typically lying down, fully clothed. I’ll be guided to specific areas of your body to channel healing energy. You may feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of calm as stagnant energy is released. Sessions last 45 minutes, leaving you feeling relaxed, balanced, and uplifted. Distant sessions are equally effective, connecting through energy across any distance.

Angel Reiki combines traditional Reiki with the guidance of angelic energies, enhancing the healing process with divine love and wisdom. This practice aligns with the Anahata chakra’s focus on unconditional love and compassion, offering a deeply spiritual experience to support your emotional and spiritual healing.

Reiki attunements are sacred rituals performed by a Reiki Master Teacher to open your energy channels, connecting you to universal life force energy. They’re part of Reiki training (Levels 1, 2, Master, and Master Teacher) and involve gentle energy transmissions to awaken your innate healing abilities. Attunements are experiential, often bringing a sense of clarity and spiritual connection.

I offer Usui Reiki training from Level 1 (self-healing and hands-on healing for others) to Level 2 (distance healing and sacred symbols) and Master Teacher level (teaching and attuning others). Classes include hands-on practice and guidance on integrating Reiki into your life via Zoom. Reiki is non-denominational and compatible with all spiritual beliefs, focusing on universal energy rather than religion. It complements medical treatments by promoting relaxation and holistic healing but is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

The Heart of Oneness Attunement is a 21-day Usui Reiki journey designed to harmonize your seven chakras and deepen your connection to divine love and oneness. This transformative process begins with a 45-minute Reiki attunement session, conducted via video conference with your facilitator, though attendance is optional as the attunement can be performed remotely. This is the only scheduled appointment. Over the following 21 days, each of your chakras (root to crown) receives three days of focused, remote Reiki energy, with no additional appointments needed. You’ll also receive seven 5-minute distant Reiki sessions—one per chakra—intuitively guided to support your healing and release what no longer serves you. This journey, priced at $222, may bring up deep emotions and old wounds as part of the healing process, guiding you toward balance and unity in a heart-centered space. To cancel or reschedule the initial attunement session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance; cancellations are not available once the 21-day remote Reiki process begins.

For all scheduled appointments, such as initial sessions or consultations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full value of the session. For services involving ongoing processes, such as remote Reiki or multi-day programs, cancellations are not available once the process has begun, as the energy work or service will already be in motion. Specific cancellation terms may apply to individual services, which will be detailed in their respective descriptions.

For Usui Trainings, payment in full is required prior to the training date to secure your spot and cover preparatory work. For payment plans related to Usui Trainings or any other offerings, all deposits and payments made are non-refundable due to the preparation and commitment involved in these services. However, any payments made can be applied as a credit toward other offerings, such as additional Reiki sessions, attunements, or workshops, subject to availability. To cancel or modify a payment plan, please contact us at least 36 hours before the next scheduled payment or service appointment, whichever comes first.
