These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website, booking sessions, and purchasing products. By visiting or using this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Offerings We offer Reiki, Akashic Records readings, energy work sessions, crystals, and related products to support relaxation, stress reduction, personal reflection, and general well-being. These are complementary practices and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Please also review our full Disclaimer page.

2. Booking Sessions All bookings are subject to availability. You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent. By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to our Disclaimer and take full responsibility for your own well-being.

3. Payments & Pricing Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through Wix Payments or integrated processors. Credit card information: Your payment details are handled securely by Wix and its PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and protected under industry standards.

4. Shipping & Delivery Physical crystals ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping Insurance & Carrier Coverage Most carriers provide limited coverage of up to $100 per package by default. For higher-value orders we recommend purchasing optional shipping insurance at checkout when available.

Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Any claims for damage or loss during shipping must be filed directly by the customer with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). We are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Replacements or refunds for shipping damage/loss are at our sole discretion.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Sessions: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Crystals & Physical Products: All crystals and physical products are final sale and non-returnable. This includes opened, used, or custom crystal sets.

• Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days when applicable.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site (text, images, logos, and teachings) belongs to Anahata High Priestess. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

7. User Conduct You agree to use the site respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove access if needed.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anahata High Priestess is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product.
