Usui Reiki: Level 1: May 30, 2026

Service Description

Level 1 (First Degree) Focus: Self-healing and basic hands-on healing for others. Level 1 Attunement: The attunement opens your energy channels (clearing a pathway for the energy to flow). This level introduces you to Reiki energy and teaches you how to channel it through your hands. The emphasis is on physical healing and learning to feel energy. Skills gained: Basic hand positions for self-treatment and treating others (family, friends, plants, pets). Understanding the concept of universal life force energy. Includes an introduction to the history of Reiki and its principles. Experience: You start sensing energy (heat, tingling) and can use it to promote relaxation, reduce stress, or ease minor physical discomfort. Please note: All training is virtual. No in-person training is available currently. Recommendation: Please wait at least 21 days before learning the next level. This is just a recommendation. You will always have ongoing support for any general questions that may arise and require advice pertaining to Usui Reiki Level 1.
